Boris. Whoop-de-fucking-do.

Well, the headline of the standard was; "Bookies pay out for boris win" or something like that. If the bookies have paid out, its official. Those bastards never, ever, loose a penny if they can. So if they believe Boris has won, it's official. It's also been announced on the news, which helps (but i didn't see the news).

A term for the London Mayor is 4 years. It's a long time. And Boris is, lets face it, a joke. I'm gagging to hear how the media portray him. Even if he does have contacts that owe him big time, even they won't be able to cover up the blunders he's bound to make. And what takes the Micheal one step further is that, in the london assembley elections, labour only managed to gain 24% of the vote. Thats not second but third. Behind the lib-dems. Labour really have fucked up big time. Le sigh. At least, for the lgbt community, in the recent labour term much good has been done. Legislation such as the goods and services act has been passed. That would bever happen with a tory majority in the commons (as is likely in the next general election).

In other news, my peer mentoring has come to an end. And i can't help but think i have had an impact in those girls that i mentor. And i'm glad. It's helped me grow also, i believe in myself. Truly. And my abilities. I do have abilities. It just fuels the fire within me, the desire to achieve the goal i've had for so long; to become a doctor. And, realistically, it will happen. Once the highest wall of all has been climbed all other obstacles seem to pale into insignificance. Once you have thought, seriously, of ending it all, all other challenges seem to be achievable.

I will do this. I will.

And i will make a difference.

Oh Dear, Boris!

Amusing for us 'neutrals'.

Those of us who are not impacted by his policies!
